Ingredients
  

  • 8 manicotti
  • 16 ounce(s) ground beef
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup(s) cottage cheese
  • 1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 15 1/2 ounce(s) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 33/100 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook shells according to package directions; drain.
  • Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside.
  • Cook beef and garlic, stirring to crumble until no longer pink.
  • Drain off pan drippings.
  • Add cottage cheese, mozzarella, salt and mayonnaise to beef; stir well.
  • Stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture.
  • Arrange shells in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  • Combine sauce and oregano.
  • Pour sauce over manicotti and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Ready in 1 hour 45 min prep.
