Marsala Filets
Like Chicken Marsala, but are a meat-and-potatoes person? This is the dish for you because it elevates the concept to a higher level using filet mignon.

- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 1/4 cup(s) milk, divided
- 4/25 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter, divided
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 4/25 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cup(s) sliced mushrooms
- 23 sweet Marsala wine packets
- 2 8-oz. filet mignons
Boil potatoes until soft.
Mash with 1/4 cup milk, garlic and 1 tbsp butter; Keep warm.
To make Marsala wine sauce, melt 2 tbsp butter in saucepan.
Add 2 cups milk, salt, sugar, lemon juice mushrooms and wine.
Bring to boil and reduce to desired consistency.
Grill filets to desired temperature.
Serve with potatoes and sauce.
