- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, sliced

- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Put all ingredients, except the tomatoes, into a blender and mix until combined.
Stir in tomatoes and season to taste.
