EZ Steak Sandwich

If you are on a tight budget, you can "dignify" chuck roast for a perfect sandwich meal. With this steak sandwich, you'll get a lot for a little.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chuck roast
  • 4 bouillon cubes, beef flavor
  • 1 dash(es) garlic powder
  • 1 dash(es) italian seasoning
  • 1 dash(es) spices, pepper, black
  • 1 sub buns

Instructions
 

  • Boil in Dutch oven roast, bouillon cubes and garlic powder approximately 4-5 hours or until you can shred it.
  • Add Italian seasoning and pepper to taste.
  • Take out all fat before adding seasonings.
  • Serve on sub buns.
  • Reserve some broth to use as a dip for sandwiches.
