Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cup(s) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 3/8 cup(s) black beans, drained and rinsed (19 oz can)
  • 2 1/2 cubes vegetable bouillon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 cup(s) frozen green beans
  • 2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoon(s) curry powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all veggies, beans and spices in crock pot.
  • Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
  • Add to pot.
  • Add additional water or stock if needed.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
