Classic Fried Omelet with Sage

- 2 tablespoon(s) heavy cream

- 6 large fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 cup(s) Romano cheese, freshly grated
Beat the eggs and heavy cream in a small bowl and set aside.
Melt the butter in a medium heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Add the sage leaves and fry on one side for about 20-30 seconds or until fragrant and lightly browned.
Flip over and sprinkle the Romano cheese overtop.
