sharp natural Cheddar cheese (shredded)

dry sherry

curry powder

red hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)

finely chopped mango chutney

green onions, sliced with part of the stem

pkg. of crackers
Instructions
Add in a blender cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, sherry, salt, curry powder and Tabasco and mix.
Spread in a disc on serving platter 1/2 inch thick or place in mold of your choice.
Chill 2 hours.
At serving time, spread the chutney on top.
Then sprinkle with green onion slices.
Surround with crackers.
