Carrot Souffle

- 3 pound(s) carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) margarine, softened
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 3 cup(s) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
Cook carrots in boiling water to cover for 15 minutes until tender; drain.
In food processor or blender, add carrots, margarine and remaining ingredients.
Process until smooth.
Transfer to a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour until set and lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
