Boiled Corn
Simple corn on the cob is a must have for your next cookout. This simple side pairs well with ribs, chicken, steak, or fish.

- 1 corn on the cob, , remove husks
- 64 ounce(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) ground black pepper
In a large pot, enough to hold the corn to fill it with water to cover the corn (the corn should float).
On a medium heat allow the pot of water to boil.
Once the water is boiled, add in the corn into the pot and cover.
Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on how soft you want your corn.
Drain water and remove corn on the cob.
Top the corn with salt, pepper and butter or herbs and spices.
Ready in 15 min.
