- 2 1/2 cup(s) pineapple chunks
- 3 31/50 cup(s) sliced peaches
- 3 31/50 cup(s) cans sliced pears
- 16 ounce(s) jars maraschino cherries, drained
- 5 cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup(s) cornstarch
- 3 tablespoon(s) curry powder
- 2 tablespoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cup(s) butter or margarine, melted
Drain pineapple, peaches, and pears, reserving 10 cups juice mixture.
Arrange pineapple, peaches, and pears evenly in 2 (15x12 in). roasting pans.
Top with cherries.
Whisk together reserved 10 cups juice, brown sugar, and remaining ingredients.
Pour evenly over each pan of fruit mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
