Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) sweet sherry
  • 1 1/4 ounce(s) butter
  • 1/2 ounce(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Seafood seasoning, to taste

Directions

Gently combine ingredients and place in an oven-proof dish. Broil at 425 degrees about 8-12 minutes, until the ingredients reach 155 degrees and are slightly browned.
