White Pizza
A little prep time is well worth it for this satisfying pizza. With mouth watering toppings like goat cheese and your favoritie greens, your taste buds will thank you. Allow about 5 1/2 hours for the pizza dough to rise. The small quantity of yeast and a long, slow rise give the crust its great flavor and texture.

- 1 bunch Swiss chard (about 10 oz.), white ribs cut away

- 1 Yellow cornmeal:
- 8 ounce(s) whole-milk mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
- 4 ounce(s) soft fresh goat cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup)
Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the tomato slices over the pizza bases.
Gently fry the onion for 4-5 minutes and sprinkle over the tomatoes with the watercress.
Spoon the ricotta on top.
Add the peppercorns, then the mozzarella and the cherry tomatoes.
Bake in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with basil and serve.
