  • 12 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil; Voodoo Dressing
  • 8 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar; Voodoo Dressing
  • 1/4 cup(s) low-sodium soy sauce; Voodoo Dressing
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar; Voodoo Dressing
  • 6 teaspoon(s) garlic, peeled; Voodoo Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon(s) ginger, peeled; Voodoo Dressing
  • 2 halved, grilled chicken breasts, cubed; Chicken Salad
  • 1 ounce(s) crumbled Feta cheese; Chicken Salad

Instructions
 

  • Place all dressing ingredients into the bowl of a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Serve over cubed just-grilled chicken breast that's been arranged over crisp lettuce sprinkled with crumbled Feta cheese.
  • Dress up the dish with halved cherry tomatoes or vine-ripened tomato wedges.
  • Sprinkle with paprika for a color accent.
