Tilapia with Mango Salsa
There's nothing fishy about what makes this entree so great. Perfectly seasoned fish pairs with a delicious, fruity salsa for a taste treat like no other.

- 1 large mango
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 cup(s) red onion
- 1 cup(s) canned black beans, rinsed
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro
- 1 juice of one small lime
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 8 ounce(s) tilapia fillets (4 oz each)
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Chop mango, tomato, and onions and put in medium sized bowl.
Add rinsed black beans, lime juice, cilantro, and salt and pepper.
Chill salsa until ready to serve.
Mix cumin, chile powder, oregano, and salt and pepper in small dish.
Rub spices on fish.
In a nonstick pan (sprayed with Pam) cook the tilapia for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot fish with cold mango salsa on top, or on the side with a side of brown rice.
