Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) tomato wedges
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon(s) crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan saute beef on medium heat and cook until medium rare.
  • Let beef cool to room temperature.
  • Combine cucumber, tomato, red onion and beef in a mixing bowl.
  • Add fish sauce, crushed red pepper and sugar.
  • Cut and squeeze the juice of 2 limes into mixture and toss.
  • Serve at room temperature.
