Super Salad Dressing
This is a great all-purpose sauce that you don't have to limit to salad. Try it on a baked potato instead of sour cream. It also makes a great raw vegetable dip.

- 4 tablespoon(s) light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup(s) nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 4/25 tablespoon(s) dill weed
- 33/50 tablespoon(s) dry onion flakes
- 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
Mix all ingredients together and chill.
If you want a thinner dressing add more vinegar.
If you like thicker dressing, then add less vinegar.
If it's too tart, add a pinch of sweetener.
Variation: To the mayonnaise and yogurt add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons pickle juice and 2 small dill pickles diced fine - you now have Thousand Island.
