- 1 cup(s) milk
- 3/4 cup(s) quick cooking rolled oats
- 3/4 cup(s) oat flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) flax seed meal
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 2 egg whites
Heat milk until hot.
Stir in oats and let stand for 10 minutes.
Combine remaining dry ingredients, then, add oat/milk mixture.
Add egg yolks and oil.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then, fold into batter.
Pour in scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle and flip after 2 minutes.
Cook until golden brown and serve.
