Super Nachos
Snack issues? Nacho problem at all! Crispy and tasty and not a dry chip in the house! This recipe is appreciated by both nacho aficianados and beginners, especially good to start a brunch.

- 12 large baked low-fat tortilla chips (about 1-1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 cup(s) (2-oz.) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup(s) fat-free refried beans
- 2 tablespoon(s) chunky salsa
Microwave DirectionsArrange chips in single layer on large microwavable plate.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over chips.
Spoon 1 tbs beans over each chip; top with 1/2 tbs salsa.
Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 1-1/2 minutes; rotate dish.
Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Substitute foil-covered baking sheet for microwavable plate.
Assemble nachos on prepared baking sheet as directed above.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
For a single serving of nachos, arrange 6 large tortilla chips on microwavable plate; top each chip with 2 tbs cheese, 1 tsp refried beans and 1/2 tbs salsa.
Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; rotate dish.
Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
