Summer Fruit Pizza

Pizza lovers can even eat pizza for dessert with this fruity, fun concoction. It's a sweet way to end a meal and a great way to get in a serving of fruit, too!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup(s) confectioner's sugar or sugar substitute
  • 3 tablespoon(s) strawberry jam
  • 16 tablespoon(s) fat-free frozen whipped topping
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 4 medium kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup(s) raspberries
  • 1/2 cup(s) blueberries
  • 1/2 cup(s) flaked coconut

Instructions
 

  • Unroll crescent dough and press into greased 15 in by 10 in baking sheet.
  • Press and stretch dough to form a pastry.
  • Seal edges.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and jam until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread over crust, leaving edges (like you would for pizza).
  • Arrange fruit over top and sprinkle with coconut.
  • Chill until serving.
  • Better if chilled for at least an hour.
