Sugar-Free Maple Cookies
Just about everybody has a sweet tooth. Unfortunately, not everyone can indulge in those over-the-top treats. For the sugar lover who can't do sugar, these cookies are the perfect snack. Your sugar-free friends will be grateful for the find.

- 1/2 cup(s) reduced fat margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 cup(s) peeled, shredded tart apple
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) maple flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 333/1000 cup(s) brown sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, sour cream, apple, eggs, maple flavouring and vanilla.
Combine flour, sweetener, baking soda and baking powder; add to apple mixture and mix well.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire racks.
Store in airtight container.
