Stuffed Cabbage Casserole
There's no reason to make a stink over this stuffed cabbage casserole. Simply toss the ingredients together and let the slow-cooker do the work.

- 16 ounce(s) lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup(s) instant rice
- 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
- 4 floz water
- 15 ounce(s) Italian style tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 1/4 cup(s) coleslaw mix
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned.
Drain grease.
Transfer mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker.
Add tomato sauce, coleslaw mix, rice, water, salt, and black pepper.
Cooker will be full but cabbage will cook down.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until cabbage is done.
