Spinach Fettuccine with Broccoli & Ham
Ham it up with this spinach fettuccine. You'll want to use your noodle when you prepare our traditional favorite uncharacteristically prepared with creme fraiche.

- 12 ounce(s) spinach fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) chopped cooked ham
- 16 ounce(s) broccoli florets, blanched
- 4 ounce(s) creme fraiche
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until "al dente".
Drain, and return to pot.
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
Saute onion until soft and translucent.
Stir in ham, and heat through.
Mix onion, ham and broccoli with pasta in pot.
Mix in creme fraiche until evenly coated.
