This combination of spinach, eggs and feta is all it's cracked up to be. A nutritious way to start your day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) baby spinach
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/8 cup(s) reduced fat feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Lightly coat small skilled with cooking spray and place over medium heat and saute spinach until it wilts.
  • Whisk egg whites until blended.
  • Pour over the spinach and stir until eggs are set.
  • Sprinkle with feta cheese and then slide onto plate.
  • Ready in 15 min.
