Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) rice
  • 24 floz water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/2 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  • Brown rice and onion while stirring in skillet over medium heat, until rice is golden brown and onion is translucent.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Heat to boiling and reduce heat.
  • Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
