  • 12 slices white bread
  • 16 ounce(s) grated Cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut off crusts of bread and cube.
  • Spread grated cheese over bread.
  • Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper over bread and cheese.
  • Prepare night before use and refrigerate.
  • Remove 1 hour before baking.
  • Bake 1 hour in 325 degrees oven.
  • Ready in 1 hour and 10 min.
