Slow Cooker Pork Barbecue
Classic Southern pulled pork doesn't need to take 12 hours to get that low-and-slow, smoky flavor. Toss these simple incredients in a crockpot for a delicious supper.

- 1 pork tenderloin roast (approx 2 lbs)
- 1 cup(s) onion, chopped
- 1 cup(s) diet soda
- 8 ounce(s) low-sodium barbecue sauce
- 1 package hamburger buns
Put tenderloin in the crock pot.
Mix up other ingredients in a bowl and pour over pork.
Cook 4-6 hours on high or until tender.
take pork out, then shred.
Put pork back into juice and stir it up.
Put it on a hamburger bun, and enjoy!.
