Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter.
Add shrimp and garlic.
Simmer.
Add wine, then basil and oregano.
Simmer.
Add juice of lemon, salt and pepper.
Serve over pasta.
Garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
Double up on the olive oil and omit the butter if you wish.
