Seafood Pasta Supreme

There are so many great ways to prepare your favorite seafood. However, this palate-pleasing pasta dish is in a league of its own.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup(s) clam base
  • 4 floz water
  • 1/2 cup(s) clam juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 8 floz Chablis wine
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) jumbo shrimp
  • 8 ounce(s) calamari
  • 12 mussels
  • 12 clams in shells
  • 1 cup(s) marinara sauce
  • 1 1-pound whole lobster
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) linguine, cooked al dente
  • 1 garlic bread

Instructions
 

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
  • Add seafood, except for lobster.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Add marinara; reduce heat and simmer.
  • Steam lobster, cut in half and set aside.
  • Combine seafood sauce with pasta and toss.
  • Divide pasta between 2 bowls and top each with half a lobster.
  • Serve with garlic bread.
