Instructions
Preheat grill.
Place halibut in a shallow tray and pour melted butter on top.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Sprinkle lemon juice evenly over fillets.
When grill is ready, lightly oil grill to prevent fish from sticking.
Grill skin-side up for 6 minutes, lifting carefully halfway through.
Turn skin side down and spread with remaining butter to finish cooking, about 4 more minutes or until fish flakes with a fork; serve immediately.
