Sausage and Scalloped Potatoes

This energetic and fantastic crockpot meal consists of layers of potatoes, sausage, onion and cheeses. It makes for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 ounce(s) potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 16 ounce(s) smoked sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 10 3/4 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 10 oz pkg. frozen peas, thawed

Instructions
 

  • Layer 1/3 potatoes, sausage, onion and cheddar cheese soup.
  • Repeat layers two more times.
  • Top with cream of celery soup.
  • Cover and cook on "low" for 8-10 hours or on "high" for 4-5 hours.
  • Stir in peas; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Ready in 4 or 10 hours.
