Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) whole milk
  • 1/3 cup(s) arborio rice
  • 8 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoon(s) heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Put water and cinnamon sticks into medium saucepan.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Cook on low heat for 30 minutes until rice is soft and water has evaporated.
  • Add skim milk, sugar, and salt.
  • Cook for another 15 minutes until mixture thickens.
