Quick Goat Cheese Crumble Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole-wheat pita pocket bread
  • 2 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup(s) goat cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/2 packet of calorie-free sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Set aside pita.
  • In a small container or bowl combine tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and sweetener.
  • Spread over pita pocket bread.
  • Add salt to taste, if desired.
  • Top the sauced pita with crumbled goat cheese.
  • Broil in oven or toaster oven if desired to melt cheese.
