  • 5 cup(s) arugula (4-5 cups)
  • 1 fennel bulb, washed and sliced
  • 1 37/100 cup(s) mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup(s) nuts (0.25-0.5 cup)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt

Instructions
 

  • Put arugula in large bowl.
  • Sprinkle on the fennel, oranges and nuts.
  • Mix together the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over salad and serve.
  • Ready in 15 min.
