  • 1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 10 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
  • 1 9/10 cup(s) can chick peas
  • 1 39/50 cup(s) diced tomatoes
  • 6 teaspoon(s) Herbes de Provence

Instructions
 

  • Heat canola oil in a pan.
  • Briefly sautee garlic.
  • Drain, rinse and add chick peas; mash chick peas roughly to thicken.
  • Add tomatoes and herbes de provence.
  • Stir and simmer to taste.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
