Hold on to your seats and your bowls  this is one tasty morning meal that may get slurped up fast. Goldilocks would go nuts over this porridge. A few simple ingredients make a hot and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 floz water
  • 1/2 cup(s) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup(s) barley
  • 1/2 cup(s) rice
  • 7 Chopped toasted nuts
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with nuts and brown sugar before serving.
