These marinated shrimp make a shell of a meal. The lemon, garlic and parsley come together to create a succulent sauce that has plenty of appeal.

  • 3 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon(s) minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 20 ounce(s) cooked shrimp

Instructions
 

  • Place garlic and oil in a small skillet and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute; add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Toss with shrimp in a large bowl.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Ready in 10 minutes.
