No Gluten Cheese Sausage Dip

Just a fragrant crock-pot of cheese and sausage, a gooey gluten-free dip. It is perfect for those last minute get togethers.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage (1 pkg.)
  • 16 ounce(s) Velvetta cheese
  • 1 1/5 cup(s) (1-10 oz. can) Rotel (canned tomatoes and peppers) blended
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage until brown.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Add velvetta, rotel and cream cheese to sausage.
  • Heat on low/medium heat in saucepan until cheese is melted or put in a crock-pot and cook on low until melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
