Mild Roquefort Salad Dressing
Ready to dress up your greens with delicious flavor? This dressing is mild, but not without great taste! Perfect over spinach or any recipe of mixed salad greens, this dressing goes great with any main entree.

- 1 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 ounce(s) Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup(s) white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) drained capers
- 2 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
In a small bowl, gradually stir about half of the olive oil into the cheese until combined.
Transfer to a screw-top jar.
Add remaining oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, capers, sugar, salt, garlic salt, and pepper.
Cover tightly and shake well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Shake again before serving.
