  • 11 ounce(s) peperoncini peppers, drained
  • 1/2 pound(s) provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 pound(s) salami, slice rolled up and secured with toothpicks lettuce leaves
  • 1 Marinade Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) honey
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine marinade ingredients.
  • Marinade vegetables in container overnight.
  • Place green leaf or other decorative lettuce leaves on large platter.
  • Arrange vegetables, meats, and cheeses decoratively over lettuce leaves.
  • No cooking needed.
