Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) white all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3/4 cup(s) white or brown sugar
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 6 tablespoon(s) cocoa, level
  • 3 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 33/100 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract (1.5-2 tsp.)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) butter extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix liquid ingredients.
  • Combine.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls on pans sprayed with non-stick spray 1" apart.
  • Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Watch closely to avoid burning.
  • Makes 2 dozen.
