Ingredients
  

  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 333/1000 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup(s) low calorie Italian dressing
  • 1 Melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, pepper and parsley.
  • Dip the chicken in the Italian salad dressing and then roll in the bread crumbs.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Brush lightly with butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
