- 1 cup(s) bread crumbs
- 333/1000 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 4 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup(s) low calorie Italian dressing
- 1 Melted butter
Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, pepper and parsley.
Dip the chicken in the Italian salad dressing and then roll in the bread crumbs.
Place the chicken in a baking dish that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Brush lightly with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
