Lemon Pasta

For those folks who have a zest for a great-tasting pasta dish, this lemon-infused offering is just your tang. Use your noodle and make a batch tonight.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) spaghetti
  • 33/100 cup(s) butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 floz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  • Drain and place spaghetti in a greased 1.
  • 5-quart casserole dish.
  • Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in sour cream, lemon peel, and lemon juice.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over spaghetti in casserole dish.
  • Mix well Bake 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until heated through.
  • Remove from oven, and add grated Parmesan cheese and parsley and season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
