Lemon Avocado Dressing
Mashed avocado combined with lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper, to be served over peeled and sliced tomatoes. These are all the ingredients for a delicious salad topper.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 juice of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) onions, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 3/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
Mash avocados until smooth with a silver fork or wooden spoon.
Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, blend vegetable oil with white wine vinegar.
Stir this into the avocado mixture.
Serve over peeled and sliced tomatoes or toss with a green or seafood salad.
