Larry's Grilled Flank Steak

Walk the flank! This hearty favorite is a wonderul way to enjoy a juicy, mouthwatering piece of meat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 24 oz beef flank steak
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt

Instructions
 

  • Using a large resealable plastic bag, combine the last seven ingredients and shake together.
  • Place steak in bag, seal bag and turn to coat.
  • Place in refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before preheating to medium-hot heat.
  • Drain and discard marinade.
  • Grill steak for 6-8 minutes on each side or until satisfaction.
