Instructions
Combine the onion, garlic and salt in a food processor to make a paste.
Add the rest of the spices.
Smear on pork and marinate overnight.
Brush the pork with a little more oil and grill over hot coals in a covered barbecue for five to ten minutes until just cooked through.
