Ingredients
  

  • 1 floz dark rum
  • 3/4 floz white rum
  • 3/4 floz lime juice
  • 1 1/2 floz passion fruit juice
  • 3/4 floz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 floz orange juice
  • 11 19/50 grams black currant syrup (from a can of fruit)

Instructions
 

  • Shake all ingredients in a tall crystal martini shaker filled with crushed ice.
  • Remove the shaker top and serve one per guest.
  • Ready in 10 min.
