Healthful Homemade Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 30 ounce(s) tomato sauce
  • 333/1000 cup(s) cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup(s) white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup(s) liquid smoke
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Tabasco
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled (or equivalent dried)
  • 333/1000 cup(s) brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, combine ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 1/2 hours.
  • Makes 5 cups.
  • Note: Sauce will keep 4-5 weeks in refrigerator and may be frozen.
