  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
  • 5 7/20 tablespoon(s) corn oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) grated carrots

Instructions
 

  • Beat together sugar, oil, egg, orange juice and vanilla.
  • Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture; blend in grated carrots.
  • Bake in a 9x5 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
