- 3 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 3 ounce(s) bag of plain potato chips
- 1 cup(s) panko Japanese style breadcrumbs
- 4 halibut fillets
Mix ingredients together well in a bowl: Crush the Lay's plain potatoes chips in a bag but not too fine.
1 cup of panko Japanese style breadcrumbs; coat halibut chunks with mayo mix then dip into chip mix, pat gently to get chip coating to stick.
Place in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are.
Ready in 50 min.
