Grilled Tuna with Pasta

We're singing your tuna. A great-tasting pasta dish that will have you singing songs of the sea, this combines tuna, pasta and plenty of goodness with little effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 16 floz whole cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
  • 1 dash(es) black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Romano Cheese, grated for topping
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 4/25 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 8-oz. tuna fillets
  • 4/25 teaspoon(s) cajun spices

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan, over medium-high heat, add butter and whole cream.
  • Bring to boil; add garlic and pepper to taste.
  • When reduced to desired thickness, add Romano cheese, pasta and parsley; toss.
  • Spread a small amount of olive oil on tuna; dip in Cajun seasoning.
  • Grill to desired temperature.
  • Serve fish on top of pasta.
