Grilled Tuna with Pasta
We're singing your tuna. A great-tasting pasta dish that will have you singing songs of the sea, this combines tuna, pasta and plenty of goodness with little effort.

- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 16 floz whole cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
- 1 dash(es) black pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) Romano Cheese, grated for topping
- 1 1/2 cup(s) fettuccine, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 4/25 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 2 8-oz. tuna fillets
- 4/25 teaspoon(s) cajun spices
In saucepan, over medium-high heat, add butter and whole cream.
Bring to boil; add garlic and pepper to taste.
When reduced to desired thickness, add Romano cheese, pasta and parsley; toss.
Spread a small amount of olive oil on tuna; dip in Cajun seasoning.
Grill to desired temperature.
Serve fish on top of pasta.
